The release features a pair of USB headsets. They offer broad compatibility with major third-party platforms, apps, softphones and IP phones.
The GUV3000 and GUV3005 HD USB headsets are designed for remote workers, contact centres and other busy environments. The boom microphone features noise cancelling technology to minimise background noise, whilst transmitting clear voice audio. They feature soft ear cushions for all day comfort. This is important for minimising ear strain when worn for extended periods of time. The 2 metre USB 2.0 cable on both headsets offer flexible compatibility with USB ports. This is especially handy for existing IP phones, where other solutions often require additional compatibility cabling to interface correctly with the device. Both headsets feature inline controls for answering and ending calls, as well as adjustable volume buttons. Additionally, the GUV3005 includes an integrated busy indicator light. This designates whether the user is currently busy on a call, preventing avoidable interruptions from co-workers. These headsets support popular communication applications such as Zoom, Teams, Slack, WebEx, IPVideoTalk, Grandstream Wave, Counterpath and 3CX soft phones.
